Get ready to SMILE as Greenstone will host snowmobilers from SnowMobiler TV on Friday, March 21st and Saturday, March 22nd. Travel funding assistance is obtained from the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation (OTMPC) and NOSTA (North of Superior Tourist Association). This 2nd FAM (familiarization) tour within the past year, will increase the exposure to the 'Greenstone Loop' and help to 'Grow Snowmobiling in Greenstone.'
Complete with their camera gear, the sledders are welcoming area snowmobilers to travel with them along their route. If you'd like to be a part of the 'greet' team and travel with them between Longalc and Nakina on Friday, March 21st or between Nakina and Geraldton on Saturday, March 22nd, please let me know. (And, you'll probably get yourself on TV!)
The Nakina Sno Club has offered to host our travellers overnight on March 21st, and is committed to making a favourable impression on our visitors.
